The outstanding BULL from Hällesdalens design is a 100% handcrafted piece made out of solid Oak wood. The material comes from the trees within the very property of the owners, who have a philosophy deeply rooted in sustainability and local production. Taking care of every tree they take down to its maximum, using every part of it, lead to beautiful, unique pieces that also contributes to a better environment. This piece is made out of three blocks, horizontally cut, without any use of clue or other shortcuts. Simply good quality wood, and big trees!

Material & Specifications
BULL is made out of solid oak wood, partly treated with the ancient method ‘Shou Sugi Ban’ to obtain its black color. ‘Shou Sugi Ban’ consists basically in carefully burning the most superficial layer of the wood, and the result gives us:
- Impermeability
- Durability and hardering of the wood
- A surface that is repellent to bugs, termits, dust and water
The BULL’s nose ring is made out of iron.
